How it works

Before the session a questionnaire covering all the ground work is completed.  Initial research is carried out resulting in more focussed discussions. An agenda is exchanged before the meeting.

The business planning session will consider the following questions:

• What is the position of your business in relation to your long-term vision?
• Are your objectives aligned with your vision?
• Are your existing products and services achieving their potential?
• Can you provide new products to your existing customers?
• How do these decisions impact short and long term plans?
• What resources does the business have to implement these plans?
• What does the budget look like and how sensitive is it to over- and under-achievement?

Following our meeting, an implementation report is drawn up setting out the actions required to focus on improved profitability, competitiveness and efficiency.
