There is no doubt that companies who plan are better placed than their competitors. But finding the time to take a step back and review how well your business is performing against the targets set in our business plan is not easy when the demands on time and budget focus attention on the day to day routine.

Our training session on Marketing Strategy is a practical workshop where each attendee creates their own Marketing Action Plan, which they can put into practice right away.
The starting point is a Marketing Audit, which looks in detail at the current marketing activities businesses are carrying out – from printed material, networking, referral and recommendations marketing, online marketing, advertising and PR.
We examine the 4 Ps – product, price, place and promotion and analyse changes which can be made to give the greatest return on investment.
Worksheets, practical activities and group discussions are some of the methods we use to make this session really valuable. You will complete the session with a detailed plan drawn up on the SMART principles.
